I am a certified professional midwife with experience in providing care for women during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. My passion for midwifery started in 2011 when I began apprenticing to a midwife and has blossomed from there. I am also a paramedic and have worked since 2010 while apprenticing. I truly enjoy both jobs and feel that each experience complements the other.
My Approach to Care
I believe in providing personalized midwifery care to each woman and her family. I respect every woman's choices and work with her to create a birth plan that aligns with her preferences and values. I also provide comprehensive education and support throughout the pregnancy and postpartum period to provide informed choice to my clients, while trusting and respecting my client's innate wisdom and bodily autonomy.
My Services
I offer a range of midwifery services including prenatal care, labor and birth support, postpartum care, breastfeeding support, and more. I provide home birth services for low-risk women who prefer to birth in the comfort of their own home.
